Mother’s Day

Honor your mother or another special woman in your life this Mother’s Day with a card from the Shelter for Help in Emergency and help break the cycle of domestic violence.

Your gift of $45 will provide a night of safety for a woman & her children fleeing an abusive home.

For your donation, we’ll send a card to the woman you’ve chosen to honor letting her know of your life-saving gift.  You’ll have an opportunity to include a personalized message when purchasing the card.

Mark your calendars for DESIGN HOUSE 2018!

We are grateful for your overwhelming support over the years of the Shelter for Help in Emergency’s largest fundraising event – DESIGN HOUSE! Each year, the Shelter strives to find a home worthy of such a cause and works to bring together the area’s most talented designers to help convey the underlying message of Design House – Peace on Earth Begins at Home. After much consideration, we have decided to move this annual event to every other year. We believe this allows us the extra time needed to find and create these beautiful showhomes, guaranteeing future successful Shelter fundraisers.
